In Fort Lauderdale, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (954) 764-1582. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 1,047 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Fort Lauderdale.

Fort Lauderdale is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Fort Lauderdale is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Was recommended this tire shop by a close friend and this will be my go to shop from now on! Dale and Jitt were professional and accommodating getting me in and out quickly at an extremely fair price! Brandon took care of the actual tires and provided top tier service with attention to detail! Highly recommend if you are looking for tires, alignment, shocks, etc.

This place is affordable but the customer service is lacking. I couldn't find my receipt for used tires that wore out in a matter of months. I was told nothing could be done without a receipt. My question was: is there not a system in place to keep track of customers and the work that is done (PROFESSIONALISM)? I was told no. I said that's unrealistic- people get rid of or lose receipts all the time. The young woman's response who I supposed is entitled because she probably is the granddaughter of the owner said - "we've been in business for 35 years and it works for us". Well, I'm glad it works for you!!! But it doesn't "work" for paying customers who get sold bad tires, in my case, AND companies need to evolve with the times- not stay stagnant. Affordable but no good quality and terrible customer service from the entitled young woman in the front. The last time I was there I remember someone complaining about the same thing (not having a receipt and not being helped as a result). At that time I had a receipt and could not relate to him - until now!!! In terms of the bad tires, besides losing tread quickly and steel showing, mechanics at another place told me the used tires that

Great experience at Dale’s Wheels and Tires! They quickly fixed the faulty valve on my tire and made the whole process incredibly easy. The technician was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. The price was phenomenal for the quality of service I received. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more services in the future. Highly recommend! βοΈπŸš—

Picked up a nail and the guys pulled it, plugged the tire, and had me on my way in 10 minutes for 16 bucks. Friendly dudes and a nice kitty cat in the shop. Would definitely go back.

Experience was amazing from phone call with Sage until the job was finished. Own several cars and have only been in the area a couple years. Blessed to have found them. First come first serve in and out. Really great people. Did a wheel and tire job same day and had a rare high quality set of tires in stock also. 35 mi ln drive from home totally worth it. It is the best tire and wheel shop I’ve been to in 30 years on the road in Maryland , New York or here in Florida. Thank you πŸ™ so much. I’ll be back for sure. Very pleased πŸ˜€ (Before and after pics)
